The Project Management Team at MercyAscot Private Hospitals oversees and coordinates the planning, execution, and completion of various projects to enhance the hospital's surgical facilities and services. Led by the Project Director, the team, including the Clinical Business Analyst, Business Transition Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Administrator, ensures that projects align with business goals, comply with clinical standards, and are completed on time and within budget. Their collaborative efforts aim to continuously improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency through innovation and teamwork.
