Gia Harris has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gia started their career as a Vocational Consultant at TF Communications, where they provided employment rehabilitation consultation and case management. Gia then moved on to Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) as a Recruitment Consultant, contributing to the company's success by identifying and hiring talented individuals. Gia also had a secondment role as a Learning and Development Consultant at CCA.

Gia's next role was as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mission Australia, where they supported the HR team and business managers with various tasks, including recruitment and process improvement. Gia then joined Australian Red Cross in multiple positions, including a Human Resources Business Partner role focused on innovation and process improvement, a Learning and Development Consultant role to support organizational development, and a Culture & Capability Business Partner role to facilitate workshops and coordinate development resources.

After their time at Australian Red Cross, Gia worked as a Recruitment Business Partner at Enrich Living Services, where they contributed to the delivery of professional care for older Australians. Gia then joined the Autism Association of Western Australia as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, celebrating and supporting neurodiversity in the community. Gia later became a Team Lead for Recruitment at the same organization.

Currently, Gia works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at MercyCare, a Western Australian not-for-profit provider of aged care, early learning, disability services, and family and community services. In this role, they support the organization's mission to provide support and services to Western Australian families and communities.
