Manish B. has extensive work experience in various roles. Manish started as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in September 2012, where they worked on software development and played a key role in the analysis, design, build, and test phases of projects. Manish also served as a WebMethods Developer, implementing business integration for various clients using webMethods and its Adapters.

In 2014, Manish joined Edith Cowan University as a student and stayed until 2015.

Manish then interned at MercyCare in 2015, where they reviewed business needs and system requirements, handled project activities, and documented functional or business requirements.

Returning to MercyCare in 2016, Manish worked as a Graduate Business Analyst and later as a Business Analyst. In these roles, they provided support and advice in business development and process improvement, analyzed and designed current and future business processes related to Document, Record, and Enterprise Content Management. Manish also developed document and content classifications, taxonomies, metadata, and workflows. Additionally, they facilitated workshops, provided user training, and assisted with user acceptance testing and issue remediation.
