Kacey Milus

Kacey Milus is a dedicated Case Manager at MercyFirst since July 2023, focusing on creating patient-centered care plans and serving as a vital communication link between families and healthcare providers. Prior experience includes roles at NYU Langone Health as an FGP Sec-1, managing patient intake and scheduling, and as a Non-Emergency Medical Driver at MedRite Urgent Care. Kacey has also worked as a Care Coordinator at SPEAR Physical Therapy, a Retail Associate at Target, an After School Program Counselor at Kidz Orbit, and a Summer Assistant Supervisor at Park Slope Day Camp. Early experience includes an internship at Phoenix House of New York and volunteer work at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. Kacey holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Albright College.
