Gavin Arnold Caudle

Australian national, appointed as the Director of the Company in June 2016 pursuant to Deed No. 37 dated 8 June 2016, made before Notary Humberg Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn, Notary in North Jakarta.

He currently serves also as Founder and Director of Provident Capital Partners, Non-executive Director of Sihayo Gold Ltd., Non-executive Director of Finders Resources Pty. Ltd., and Director of PT Bumi Suksesindo. With more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, Mr. Caudle once joined Saratoga Capital as Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking dan Head of Mergers and Acquisition Citigroup Indonesia in 1998-2001, a Partner with Arthur Andersen Indonesia in 1995-1998, joined with the Public Accounting Firm of Arthur Andersen Australia in 1993-1995 as a Manager after served as an Auditor in 1988-1993. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia in 1988 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia.
