Tom Haffenden

Tom Haffenden is a pragmatic and considered Chief Human Resources Officer at Meren. They previously held various HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner at Balfour Beatty plc and Vice President of Human Resources at Forsys Subsea. With experience as HR Director at both Northrop Grumman in the UK and CGN UK, Tom has developed strong operational and strategic skills in the field. Tom holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University London.
