Nikki Troia

Nikki Troia is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with extensive experience in strategic HR planning, performance evaluation, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently working as a Freelance Recruiter, Nikki has been with Merford since September 2012, where responsibilities include organizational structure development, capability building, and administration of HR policies. Prior to this, Nikki served as Agency Manager at RBC Bank from January 2011 to March 2012, managing relationships within the international division of Wealth Management. Nikki also held the position of Operations Manager at VFA from July 2008 to August 2010, overseeing daily operations and a team of 35 associates. Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Miami University.
