Mergen Defense is not a traditional defense contractor.

We believe the future of warfare will not be defined by individual platforms, but by intelligent, interconnected systems capable of sensing, deciding, and acting in real time.

We develop the technologies that enable this transformation. Our expertise spans AI enabled mission systems, cognitive tactical networks, autonomous and unmanned systems, mission software, decision support technologies, and software-defined defense architectures. Every solution we build is engineered for modularity, interoperability, scalability, and operational resilience.

Modern battlefields are increasingly shaped by contested environments where communications are disrupted, GPS is denied, and electronic warfare is constant. We develop technologies that preserve situational awareness, accelerate decision making, and sustain mission effectiveness under these conditions.

Our mission is to deliver AI enabled, network centric defense capabilities for defense organizations, allied forces, and strategic partners operating in an increasingly complex security landscape. Because true operational superiority is achieved not by individual platforms, but by the intelligent networks that connect them and the software that enables them to operate as one.

Mergen Defense is building the next generation of defense technologies smarter, more connected, and mission ready.
