Bill Kabbaj is the co-founder and managing partner at MergerSquare, a private equity fund manager. Bill has over a decade of experience in the industry, having previously worked as the senior vice president at THE NATIONAL INVESTOR from 2008 to 2012. During their time at TNI, Bill was responsible for developing relationships with regional companies and making investments on behalf of the firm's investors. Bill also played a key role in the TNI Private Equity Group being awarded the "Best Private Equity House 2010" at the Banker Middle East Awards.

Some of the notable transactions that Bill has been involved in include the Project Kraft - LBO of a Chain of 55 Hypermarkets and Supermarkets (pending) and the attempted Buyout of NMC Healthcare. Bill has also successfully led the buyout of L'azurde, one of the world's largest gold and jewelry manufacturers, in 300 million.
