Joel Ruane

Joel Ruane is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales within the marketing technology and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Customer Success & Sales at MERGE since May 2025, Joel is responsible for consulting, engagement delivery, and sales efforts. Previously, at Adobe from March 2019 to April 2025, Joel held the position of Sr Account Director for Experience Cloud in Health & Life Sciences, overseeing sales and value realization for Adobe's solutions and products. Joel also served as Sr Client Partner in Healthcare at Adobe, managing digital experience and marketing consulting projects for healthcare organizations. Prior roles include Director of Client Success & Digital Marketing at MDLIVE, Director of Digital Health at Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Senior Product Manager at Cambia Health Solutions. Joel holds a Master's degree in Health Economics, Policy, & Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
