Michelle Roman

Michelle Roman is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and art direction. Currently serving as the Creative Director at MERGE since September 2020, Michelle previously held roles as Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director at The Sandbox Agency and Havas Chicago, respectively. With a foundation in design established at TRISECT Agency, Williams Lea, and Firestar Communications, Michelle has contributed to various projects including print production for major brands and extensive photo retouching. An early career began with a Graphics Assistant position at the University of Miami and an internship as a Junior Art Director at J. Walter Thompson. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Miami in 2006.
