Misty Castaldi

Misty Castaldi is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at MERGE since March 2020. With extensive experience in managing and mentoring teams, Misty has an exceptional track record of developing human-centered strategies and design processes. Previous roles include Director of User Experience at both MERGE and The Sandbox Agency, where Misty contributed significantly to user research, collaborative design solutions, and educational initiatives. Prior to that, positions held at Allstate and various agencies showcased effective leadership in digital design, interactive visual design, and process improvement. Misty holds a BFA in Graphic Communications from the College for Creative Studies and has a rich history of employing user-centered design principles across multiple disciplines and industries.
