Alejandro Gonzalez

Alejandro Gonzalez is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Mergon Group since July 2022, focusing on blow molding solutions. Prior to this role, Alejandro worked at TI Fluid Systems from November 2019 to August 2022 as Program Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Director for the Americas, where responsibilities included program management, capital management, and manufacturing feasibility revisions. Alejandro also held various key positions at TI Automotive from October 2013 to November 2019, leading initiatives in P&L improvement, program implementation, and operational excellence. Earlier in career, Alejandro gained expertise in lean manufacturing and supply chain management at Plastic Omnium between June 2002 and November 2013, among other roles. Alejandro holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree and an MBA in Finance, along with a diploma in Lean Manufacturing.
