Doug Hillman

Doug Hillman has over 30 years of experience in construction and project management within the chemical and refinery sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Services at Merichem Company since February 1996, Doug oversees fabrication of proprietary skid-mounted modules and equipment, facility maintenance, security, material control, and global qualification of fabrication subcontractors. Previously, as Manager of Project Engineering, Doug managed project managers, developed budgets, and ensured financial oversight on multiple global projects. Doug's career at Merichem Chemicals & Refinery Services LLC began in 1995, and prior to that, Doug held the role of Operations Manager at Smith Industries Inc., managing operations for manufacturing facilities in Houston and Columbus from March 1986 to December 1995.
