Tara Reagan

Tara Reagan is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Chief People Officer at Merida Biosciences since January 2024, Tara also holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Third Rock Ventures since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Tara worked as a People & Operations Consultant at Agate Partners and held significant positions at Human Longevity, Inc. as Head of People & Operations and Senior Director, Human Resources. Tara's career began at Editas Medicine, where responsibilities included Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner. Tara holds an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
