Connie Deboever

Connie DeBoever is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Analyst at Merida Capital Holdings since June 2019, Connie is involved in sourcing and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities while overseeing portfolio companies and supporting minority-owned businesses in the cannabis and hemp sectors through Merida's social equity program. Prior to this role, Connie spent nearly 17 years at The Boston Company Asset Management as a Partner and Director/Analyst, focusing on research and analysis for industries including insurance and credit cards across multiple regions. Additional experience includes a role as an Equity Research Associate at Bear Stearns, concentrating on the telecommunications sector, and as a Staff Accountant at PwC. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management from The Wharton School.
