Tony Elkins

Tony Elkins currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development for North America at Meridiam, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development & Asset Management at BBGI US Holding Inc., Vice President and Director of Commercial Management at WSP USA, and Commercial Director at Cintra, where Tony focused on P3 business development activities. Elkins has a rich background in managing infrastructure projects, having worked as P3 Bid Director for Bilfinger Project Investments and as SVP of Infrastructure Development at Tutor Perini Corporation. Their earlier career included significant roles at Lend Lease Americas and MBIA Insurance Corporation, specializing in public-private partnerships and corporate finance. Elkins holds an MBA in Finance & International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
