Mike Sumner

Mike Sumner is an Automotive Engineer at Meridian Audio Ltd, where Mike has been working since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mike was a Senior Software Engineer at Qualcomm, specializing in Embedded C development for Bluetooth audio devices and unit testing using the Unity framework. Before that, Mike worked as a Software Engineer at Monitor Audio Ltd, where Mike was initially a Trainee Electronics Engineer responsible for schematic capture, PCB design, and creation of PCB footprints using Altium Designer. Mike graduated from the University of York with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electronic Engineering with Music Technology Systems, including a Year in Industry. Prior to university, Mike attended Boston Grammar School.
