Meridian Bank
Ms. Lindsay is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Corporation, responsible for financial reporting, investor relations, risk management, asset-liability management, treasury, forecasting and budgeting. Before joining the Bank, she was the Vice President and Controller of DNB First, a publically-held community bank in Downingtown, PA. Prior to that she was a Senior Accountant for KPMG, LLP.
Ms. Lindsay serves as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Upper Main Line YMCA and in that capacity also serves on the Association Board of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine. She is a former member of the Advisory Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank – Philadelphia region and has over 25 years’ experience in bank financial management. A Certified Public Accountant, she is a member of the Financial Managers Society and PICPA. In 2019, Ms. Lindsay was recognized as a CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
