Michael Smith has extensive experience in information technology and network management, beginning with service in the US Army and Army National Guard as an Information Systems Technician since January 1989. In this role, Michael supervised information systems assets related to military networks and implemented advanced voice and data networks using various routing protocols. Since January 2016, Michael has served as the IT Operations Manager at Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., overseeing data servers and VOIP networks while coordinating IT projects and incident resolution.
