Caralyn Stolz

Caralyn Stolz currently serves as a Production Manager and previously held the role of Production Supervisor at Meridian Bioscience Inc. from August 2022 to the present. Caralyn gained valuable experience as an Operations Supervisor at The TJX Companies, Inc. from July 2020 to August 2022, and participated as a Distribution Center Intern at the same company in 2019, leading a diverse team of over 100 associates. Additional experience includes serving as a Peer Advisor and Resident Advisor at Coastal Carolina University, where conflict mediation and crisis management skills were developed. Caralyn also worked as a Mathematics Tutor, assisting students with conceptual and arithmetic standards in math courses, and managed daily operations as a Shift Manager at McDonald's from August 2014 to January 2020. Caralyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Coastal Carolina University, completed in 2020.
