Michael Baez

Michael Baez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Distribution for the Americas at Meridian Bioscience since December 2016, Michael oversees the sales of Meridian Dx products within the US, Canada, and Latin America. Prior to this role, Michael held several key positions, including Executive Director of Sales at Bactiguard, Hemocue Director of Sales for Latin America at HemoCue, and Regional Sales Manager for Latin America at Quest Diagnostics. Additional expertise includes leadership roles at Cryo-Cell, Clinical Cell Culture, Tyco Healthcare, and Baxter International. Michael holds an MBA in International Marketing and Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
