Sanath Mokkapati

Sanath Mokkapati has extensive experience in protein purification and biologics, currently serving as the Manager of the Protein Purification and Biologics Group at Meridian Bioscience since March 2010, where responsibilities include recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Previously, Sanath worked as a Staff Development Scientist at Beckman Coulter, leading the protein chemistry division for a significant biomarker business. Prior roles include a Scientist position at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, focusing on grant proposals and scientific experiments, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wayne State University, where Sanath conducted NIH grant-related experiments. Additionally, Sanath contributed as a Project Scientist at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, developing plant-based vaccines. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Bose Institute and an M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
