Nikki Griep

Nikki Griep is a digital marketer and customer success specialist with extensive experience in customer service within the pet grooming industry. Currently at Meridian Bird Removal since June 2021, Nikki has transformed responsibilities by collaborating with the Customer Success Department and Salesforce team to enhance processes. Previous roles include dog groomer and managing customer relations at Maria’s House of Grooming, where Nikki was also involved in payroll, scheduling, and marketing efforts, along with serving as head of the Covid-19 response team. Nikki's experience also encompasses earlier positions in pet care and customer service roles at companies such as Petco, Poudre Pet and Feed, and PetSmart, alongside foundational work in the food industry at Panera Bread and Johnson's Corner. Nikki holds an Associate of Arts degree and has developed a strong skill set in customer engagement, marketing, and operational processes throughout the career.
