Scott Wellman

Scott Wellman has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, Scott serves as a Business Analyst and has held positions including Assistant Director of Operations, District Manager, and Bird Removal Technician at Meridian Bird Removal since August 2013, focusing on the rescue of trapped birds and conducting inspections of stores. Prior to this, Scott worked at the Roanoke College Office of Campus Safety from October 1999 to August 2015 as a Field Training Officer and Campus Safety Officer. Scott began their career in law enforcement at Carilion Health Care as a Police Officer from August 1997 to October 1999, and served in the US Navy from August 1989 to April 1997, working as a Builder and Shipserviceman. Education includes attendance at Bluefield College from 1989 to 1990.
