Helen Raki Hwang

Helen Raki Hwang has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Helen Raki currently serves as the Co-Chair of Policy Think Tank and Vice Chair of ULI NY at Urban Land Institute, where they facilitate communication and collaboration between commercial real estate leaders, public officials, and non-profit organizations. In their role, they focus on developing sustainable policy changes and best practices related to affordable housing, infrastructure, land use, sustainability, and local law. Prior to their current position, Helen worked as a Senior Executive Managing Director at Meridian Investment Sales, where they combined institutional sales brokerage with market-leading debt solutions. Helen Raki also gained extensive experience during their tenure as an Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield.

Helen Raki Hwang pursued their education in the field of Real Estate, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University from 1994 to 1999. Helen Raki further enhanced their knowledge and qualifications by obtaining a Masters degree from New York University, specializing in Real Estate, for the period spanning from 2001 to 2004.
