Jake Weinstein

Jake Weinstein has over a decade of work experience. Jake worked at Meridian Capital Group from 2013, where they held the position of Senior Vice President - Senior Underwriter/Originator. In this role, they utilized their extensive knowledge of loan underwriting techniques and real estate modeling to provide clients with customized financing solutions for multi-family and commercial properties. Jake managed the deal-flow process, developed and maintained relationships with clients, investors, developers, and lenders. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Music Professional from 2008 to 2020.

Jake Weinstein has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Jake also holds a Diploma in Commercial Real Estate Financial Analysis from New York University, acquired from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Jake has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Performing Arts from SUNY Rockland Community College. It is unknown when they obtained the REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate – Levels 1, 2, and 3 With Distinction from Real Estate Financial Modeling.
