Aidan Lucas

Aidan Lucas brings extensive experience in employee growth and development, currently serving as Senior Manager, Employee Growth and Development at Meridian Credit Union since April 2019, following roles as Manager of Learning Experience and Senior Learning Partner. Prior to this position, Aidan held the role of Learning and Development Specialist at Allianz from February 2018 to April 2019, and worked as an eLearning Coordinator at Cambridge Memorial Hospital under a contract from April 2017 to February 2018. Aidan also operated as a freelance Instructional Designer from August 2016 to April 2017 and served as a Citizen Service Assistant for the Region of Waterloo from May 2015 to September 2016. Aidan holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo, earned between 2013 and 2017.
