Amira Abouali is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory matters, and legal compliance. Currently serving as the Vice-President of Legal and Governance at Meridian Credit Union since February 2017, Amira oversees critical functions and advises on complex corporate and regulatory issues, including strategic initiatives and mergers.
