Blake M. has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Blake started their career in 1988 at Sun Life Financial, where they worked in various positions, including entry-level developer and senior analyst, until 1996.

After their time at Sun Life Financial, Blake joined Canadian Tire Financial Services in 1996. At Canadian Tire Financial Services, they held multiple roles, including manager of testing, manager of IT asset management and platform security, manager of distributed applications, manager of customer service and operations, associate vice president of infrastructure solutions delivery, and associate vice president of delivery management & integration. In these roles, Blake was responsible for various aspects of application delivery management, infrastructure solutions, testing, and customer service.

In 2013, Blake moved to Canadian Tire, where they served as the associate vice president of enterprise cloud & corporate technology services. In this role, they led a large team and was accountable for delivering and maintaining effective, secure, stable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions for the organization.

Currently, Blake is working at Meridian Credit Union, where they have held multiple roles. Blake started as the vice president of IT infrastructure & cloud services from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they served as the associate vice president of digital banking, enterprise analytics, & enterprise contact centre from 2019 to 2021. Blake is currently the vice president of digital banking, enterprise analytics, & enterprise contact centre, where they are responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing the implementation, support, and operation of the organization's infrastructure.

Throughout their career, Blake has demonstrated their expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, application delivery management, and customer service, making him a valuable asset to any organization in the financial services industry.

Blake M. completed a degree in Computer Programming with a focus on Software Development from Niagara College between 1983 and 1985. From 1985 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Brock University.
