Brent Sodtke

Brent Sodtke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data architecture and infrastructure design, currently serving as Senior Data Architect at Meridian Credit Union since June 2008. Brent's expertise encompasses designing and supporting data systems and infrastructure to align with corporate business requirements, with a strong focus on storage subsystems, backup systems, and database administration. Additionally, Brent has held various roles at Meridian, including Senior Infrastructure Architect and Infrastructure Design Lead, where responsibilities included developing infrastructure strategies and roadmaps. Alongside substantial contributions to Meridian, Brent also operates Brentec IT Solutions, a consultancy specializing in IT technologies, and has held positions in database management and engineering at Transcom, Verisign, and NuComm International. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brock University.
