Donovan Bond has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Donovan started their career as an intern and production artist at Beakbane Marketing Inc. in 2001. Donovan then worked as a production artist at Capital C before becoming a designer at BSTREET, where they focused on promotional POS work for various clients. In 2008, Bond joined Capital C again, this time as a senior art director, and stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they co-founded and served as the creative director of FujiTuesday, a Fujifilm enthusiast group. Bond also founded Fuji vs. Fuji, a website dedicated to reviewing and comparing Fujifilm cameras and accessories, where they worked until 2020. Donovan then transitioned to working at Sun Life Financial as a freelance digital creative and later as a manager of digital creative. Most recently, since 2018, Bond has been employed at Meridian Credit Union, first as a senior manager of brand and creative and currently as the director of creative and brand strategy. Additionally, Bond had a freelance career as a Sr. Art Director under their own name since 2006, and also worked as a freelance writer/producer for Rogers Communications from 2014 to 2015.
Donovan Bond attended Durham College from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Graphic Design.
