Esther Farr

Esther Farr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Esther currently holds the role of Director - People Analytics & Technology at Meridian Credit Union since June 2023. Previously, they worked at Sun Life, where they held several positions including Director, HR Systems Reporting, Data Management and Security, Director, Digital Services - Acting, and Manager, New Product Development, People Services. Prior to Sun Life, Esther worked at BlackBerry as an HR Analytics Manager and Technical & Process Analyst. Esther also gained experience at Research In Motion as a Knowledge Management Analyst and Market Intelligence Coordinator. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Trinity Village, a Co-op Student in Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Sanofi Pasteur, and as a Teaching Assistant at York University and McMaster University. Esther's early career involved working as a Legal Assistant at Zimmerman Lawyers.

Esther Farr completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Anthropology from McMaster University from 2001 to 2005. Esther then pursued a Master of Arts in Social Anthropology from Massey University from 2006 to 2007. In 2009, they attended Sheridan College, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. In 2021, Esther obtained a certification in Excelerator Essentials from Essential Impact.
