Lance McLellan

Lance McLellan is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Director & Team Lead of Commercial Services at Meridian Credit Union since September 2025. Prior to this role, Lance was the Vice President for Southwestern Ontario at BDC from January 2023 to September 2025. Additional experience includes working as a District Manager at Export Development Canada from May 2021 to January 2023 and holding various managerial positions at BDC between August 2010 and May 2021, including Manager of the Brampton Business Centre, Manager of the Automotive and Aerospace Industries, and Senior Account Manager. Earlier in his career, Lance was a Store Manager at Rogers Communications Inc. from October 2004 to August 2010. Lance holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Studies from Conestoga College, which was completed between 2001 and 2004.
