James Nocker P.e.

James Nocker, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in engineering project management and team leadership. James began their career at Kellogg Brown & Root / Brown&Root, Inc. as a Sr. Process Engineer / Project Engineer. James then joined URS Corporation, where they were progressively promoted to Senior Engineering Project Manager.
