Edna Maddocks

Edna Maddocks has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Edna started their career at IBM as a Business Analyst, where they worked on various projects in different countries, including the Philippines, United Kingdom, and Fiji. Edna then moved on to the New Zealand Racing Board, where they held multiple roles, including Business Analyst, Jetbet Development Team Leader, Business Analysts Manager, Core Development Manager, and Head of Software Development. Edna'sresponsibilities included overseeing software development for wagering applications, managing teams of software specialists and engineers, and leading business change initiatives. Since 2013, Edna has been working at Meridian Energy, where they have held positions such as Business Analyst Manager, ICT Programme Manager, ICT Programme and Project Capability Manager, and Head of ICT for Markets. Edna'sroles at Meridian Energy have focused on ICT and market-related responsibilities.

Edna Maddocks completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications as a Life Styles Inventory Coach from Human Synergistics Australia & NZ in January 2020, and as a Certified Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in September 2019.
