Helen Steward

Helen Steward has a diverse work experience history. Helen is currently working as a Work and Asset Performance Manager at Meridian Energy since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at CBG Quality Construction from March 2021 to May 2022. Helen also worked as a Pool Engineer at Riverside Park Community Facility from July 2017 to May 2021. Helen has experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked as a Mechanical Engineer - Wind at Meridian Energy from October 2010 to July 2017 and as a Wind Engineer at GL Garrad Hassan from April 2009 to September 2010. Helen also worked as a Jobs for Nature worker at WAI Wānaka from September 2020 to February 2021 and as a Wind Analyst at GL Garrad Hassan from 2005 to 2006. Overall, Helen has gained expertise in project management, engineering, and renewable energy throughout their career.

Helen Steward pursued their education at the University of Bath from 2003 to 2008, where they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
