Kefyn Judson

Kefyn Judson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kefyn is currently working as the Head of Architecture at Meridian Energy. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Village Green Consulting Ltd, where they provided C-level business and ICT engagement, leadership, change strategy, and advice. Kefyn also developed technology transformation approaches and strategic responses for NZ Post as the Head of Technology Transformation and Head of Data Governance and Strategy. Kefyn has also worked as a Business Consultant at Parapet®, an Advisor at Bridgewest Ventures NZ, and a Member at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand. Kefyn has experience in strategy development and investment planning, as seen in their roles as a Strategy Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and CERT NZ. Additionally, Kefyn served as a Digital Advisor at Microsoft, where they facilitated and ran government industry briefing days. Overall, Kefyn has a strong background in architecture, consulting, strategy, and leadership.

Kefyn Judson's education history begins with their attendance at Auckland Grammar School from 1977 to 1982. During this period, they did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.

Later on, from 1987 to 1990, Kefyn pursued their Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSocSc) degree in Computer Science at The University of Waikato. It can be assumed that they completed the program and obtained their degree.

Furthermore, Kefyn has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they received the "Toastmasters Competent Communicator" certification from Toastmasters International. This certification showcases their proficiency in public speaking and communication.

Kefyn has also received numerous certifications related to Microsoft technologies and business strategy. Some of these certifications include "Story Impact" (2017), "Insight Selling" (2017), "Microsoft Global Challenger" (2017), "Finance Essentials" (2018), "Modern Marketer: Business & Marketing Strategy" (2018), "Microsoft-INSEAD Value Negotiation" (2018), and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" (2020). These certifications highlight their proficiency in various aspects of Microsoft technologies, sales, marketing, and negotiation.

Additionally, Kefyn obtained a "Certificate in Company Direction" from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand in 2019. This certification indicates their competence in corporate governance and decision-making in a company setting.
