Renewable Energy Engineer at Meridian Energy

From 2016 to 2017, Philippa-Kate Andrew worked as a Hardware Engineering Intern at Dynamic Controls.

In 2017, they then joined Syft Technologies as an Engineering Intern, where they worked until 2018.

Starting in 2018, they worked at Massey University, first as a PhD Student until 2022, then as a Research Assistant until the end of 2022. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Lecturer from April to June 2020, teaching materials science in the BE (Hons) mechatronics engineering major.

Currently, Philippa-Kate Andrew is working as a Renewable Energy Engineer at Meridian Energy, starting in February 2023.

Philippa-Kate Andrew completed their high school education at Trident High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma. From 2014 to 2017, they attended the University of Canterbury and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Engineering at Massey University.
