Ryan Kuggeleijn

Ryan Kuggeleijn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the energy and food industries. Currently serving as the Head of Digital & Product, Head of Energy Innovation, and Strategic Development Lead at Meridian Energy since August 2020, Ryan previously worked as a Consultant/Interim CEO for South Island Fresh Foods & Natava Superfoods, where responsibilities included integrating multiple businesses and establishing strategic direction. Following a travel break, which involved bikepacking across diverse regions, Ryan held various roles at Meridian Energy and BP, including National Sales Manager and National Commercial Channel Manager. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from Victoria University of Wellington, and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Business Excellence at Columbia Business School.
