Sophia Hobman

Sophia Hobman is an experienced Practice Manager and Test Practice Lead at Optimation Group since March 2015, focusing on people management, capability development, sales support, and consulting services. Prior to Optimation, Sophia held several leadership roles, including Test Practice Lead and Practice Lead in Testing at HP Enterprise Services, where responsibilities included oversight of testing practices and collaboration with sales teams for RFPs. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Testing at Capgemini, Test Manager at Meridian Energy overseeing SCADA projects, and Global Outsourcing Test Manager at Unisys, managing a large testing team. Sophia holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and a BA in Anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington.
