Abdylkerim Ratkoceri

Abdylkerim Ratkoceri has a strong background in HR and administration. Abdylkerim started their career in 2006 as an Admin Officer at ProCredit Kosova. In 2007, they moved on to ProCredit Bank Kosova as a Senior HR Officer. In 2008, they joined IPKO Telecommunications as an HR Expert, where they worked until 2014. Currently, they are serving as the HR & Admin Director at Meridian Corporation LLC.

Abdylkerim Ratkoceri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from AAB College, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Abdylkerim also obtained various certifications in areas such as Communication and Conflict Management, Coaching & Feedback, Stakeholder Management, Transformational Leadership, Leading the team and teamwork, Situational leadership, and Assertiveness and Influencing throughout the years 2010 and 2011 from Gentis HR.
