Beth Grilliot

Director Of Behavioral Health Services at Meridian Health Services

Beth Grilliot has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health services. Beth began their career at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare in 2001, working as a Psychiatric Community Support Specialist until 2005. Subsequently, they worked as a Practice Manager at the same company from 2005 to 2008. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Therapist at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare. In 2016, they joined Nova Behavioral Healthcare as an Outpatient Therapist, and later became the Outpatient Program Manager in 2017. Beth was promoted to the role of Director of Clinical Services in 2022 at Nova Behavioral Healthcare. Currently, Beth is employed at Meridian Health Services Corp. where they hold the position of Director of Addictions and Recovery since 2022, and will transition to the role of Director of Behavioral Health Services in July 2023.

Beth Grilliot has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Healthcare Management from Franklin University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their education, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mental Health Technology from Sinclair Community College, completing it from 1994 to 1999. Beth also holds additional certifications, including a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor - Supervisor endorsement from the Ohio Professional Chemical Dependency Board and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor endorsement from the Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapists Board.
