Prior to this, Milius held the position of President & CEO at Northwest Alabama Mental Health from January 2000 to January 2002 and served as Executive Director at Arthur Center, a division of Audrain Medical Center, from 1987 to 2000. Earlier in the career, Milius was the Associate Director at Bay Arenac CMH from January 1986 to January 1987. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, and a Bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.
