Mil Duncan

Mil Duncan is a Senior Fellow at the Meridian Institute since July 2019 and has been a Professor Emerita at the University of New Hampshire since 2011. Previously, Mil Duncan served as Research Director at AGree from May 2011 to August 2018, and as Director at the Carsey Institute from May 2004 to May 2011. Prior roles include Director of Community and Resource Development at the Ford Foundation from 2000 to 2004 and Professor of Sociology at the University of New Hampshire from 1989 to 2000. Mil Duncan holds a BA in English from Stanford University and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Kentucky.
