David A. Spence

David A. Spence currently serves as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Meridian Medical Lasers, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, David was the National Director for North America at ArcScan, Inc., from February 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing sales in the Eastern United States and promoting the ArcScan Insight 100 to ophthalmologists. David’s previous experience includes a decade at Alcon, where roles included Surgical Academic Manager and Medical Sales Representative, focusing on surgical products and pharmaceutical portfolios. David’s career began at Enterprise Mobility, serving as a Senior Account Executive. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Pre-Medical, from Washington State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
