Leslie Curtis

Leslie Curtis is currently a procurement specialist at Meridian Medical Technologies. Leslie has also worked as an inventory coordinator and buyer/planner at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. from December 2009 to October 2017 and June 2004 to December 2009 respectively.

Curtis is responsible for cycle counts and inventory control of manufacturing plant, from raw material and consumables to finished goods, including subcontracting off-site locations (i.e. vendors). Leslie also prepares data and conducts weekly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with Manufacturing and Sales/Marketing personnel.

In their role as inventory coordinator, Leslie Curtis adjusted raw material Kanban levels in supply chain to maintain minimal, but sufficient, inventory flow for manufacturing. Leslie was also a member of Continuous Improvement (CI) Team to ramp up SAP equipment reliability process.

As the buyer/planner, Curtis was responsible for managing SAP Master Data for Production Planning (PP/PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules and conducting SAP training. Leslie also served as a back-up for Production Planner and Buyer positions, which included duties such as conducting supplier audits virtually and through site visits.

Leslie Curtis has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western International University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
