70% of AI initiatives fail. Not because of bad technology — because of unprepared people.
Most organizations discover that after the money is spent and the credibility is on the line. We help leaders discover it first.
Meridian Steward is a boutique AI organizational readiness consultancy. We work with CEOs, CHROs, and COOs at mid-market companies who are moving toward AI and want to get it right — the first time.
Our work starts with one foundational question most organizations have never answered: Are your people actually ready?
Not willing. Ready.
We measure the difference through our Organizational Readiness Diagnostic — a rigorous assessment that reveals workforce anxiety levels, leadership alignment gaps, and cultural capacity for change. The output is your Human Capital Intelligence Report™: a scored, benchmarked, department-level picture of exactly where your organization stands before a dollar is spent on technology.
What our clients consistently discover is that the gap isn't where they thought. It's not resistant employees. It's misaligned leadership. Competing assumptions about what AI is actually for. Communication breakdowns that haven't happened yet — but will.
We surface all of it. Then we help you close it.
