Carolyn Aldis

Carolyn Aldis is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting children and families, currently serving in a safeguarding role at Meridian Trust since March 2023. Prior to this, Carolyn worked as a Family Support Worker at Greenwood Academies Trust from August 2018 to October 2022 and as a Teaching Assistant at Thomas Deacon Academy from January 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included assisting in the classroom and delivering social skills interventions. Carolyn is pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Counselling Level 4/5 at Stamford College (2023-2025) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from The Open University (2018-2021), complemented by a background in further education from Boston College and West Kent College.
