Michelle Sprouse

Michelle Sprouse has a diverse work experience in the waste management industry. Michelle started in 2017 as an Account Manager at Waste Solutions Inc., where they created and closed accounts and managed route books. In 2018, they joined County Waste as a Resi Manager/Dispatch, where they handled account management, route sequencing, and customer dispute resolution. Later in 2018, they moved to Republic Services as an Operations Clerk, responsible for route creation, driver check-in, onboarding, and employee record maintenance. Currently, since October 2021, Michelle is working at Meridian Waste as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily activities, scheduling time off for employees, and promoting diversity in the workplace.

Michelle Sprouse attended Amherst County High School from 1997 to 2001. Michelle obtained a general degree in Marketing during this period.
